Phoenix Zoo
This October we had a lovely visit with Grandma & Grandpa Stauffer and Chelsea & Ryan Gates. Johnny really attached (literally) to Chelsea. I could not dress him, feed him, walk near him or put him down for a nap - he wanted Chelsea. He is still asking where she went every day... One of the days while they were visiting we all went to the Phoenix Zoo. The spider monkeys I think were everyone's favorite. They are in an open area where they just leap from location to location. One of the little ones nearly jumped on Grandma Stauffer to get across the aisle. Very cute little things, and fun day.
Culture Day Parade at Primrose Preschool
Johnny participated in the Culture Day Parade at his preschool this September. Each class selected a country to represent and learned how to say hello in their language. Johnny's class was Egypt.

Hopefully the very last time we see this image!!!!!!!
At daycare this week the kids are learning about the people that help in our communities. The school had a visit from the police department where they learned about dialing 9 1 1 and how police men and women help our neighborhood. Then they all got to take a turn sitting in the police car. Probably a really good idea that they didnt let him sit in the front seat!

Helping Daddy put his Quad Back Together
John dediced that he wanted to take his quad down to the frame and make it "pretty", now he is in the process of putting it back together. Johnny loves to come out and lend a helping hand and use his own tools. On this day he came out to the garage in a diaper, daddy's work boots and carrying his play tool box. Johnny loves to help his daddy in the garage.

New Flooring
We have finally decided to replace the flooring in the house. We both disliked the old floors, so out with the old and in with the new. AND THE MESS!!! holy cow. I new that it would be a dirty job, but I never imagined it would be this bad. I have a layer of dust that has covered everything in the house. It will be really nice when it is done. Couple more days and we can come back home.
